My wallet failed the AML verification. What to do?

Our service has mandatory AML verification (Anti-Money Laundering) of all cryptocurrency transactions. This is necessary to prevent possible involvement in illegal financial activities and to comply with international standards.

Why can the application be suspended?

We do not accept or send funds.:

  • from/to wallets with a high level of risk based on the results of AML analysis;

  • if the transaction is linked to suspicious or blocked addresses.

What should I do if the application is suspended?

If your wallet for receiving funds has not been verified:

  • Just provide another AML-verified crypto wallet.

  • Write to us from the same email address that you specified when creating the application.

If you have already sent the cryptocurrency and the application is suspended:

  1. Go to your personal account and complete identity verification.

  2. After successful verification, write to us from the e-mail address specified in the application.

  3. Specify the wallet for the refund.

Why is this important?

AML verification helps:

  • ensure your financial security;

  • prevent accidental participation in money laundering schemes;

  • comply with legal regulations and protect honest users.

We also recommend that you periodically check the AML status of your wallets and counterparties through open services - this is a simple measure that helps to avoid blockages and delays.
